Opening Ceremony - June 20, 6:00 pm

Long Term Camp Set-up - Closed on Sunday June 20th at 4 pm
Short Term Camp Gate Hours - June 21nd-25th; 8-9:00 am and 5-6 pm
Public Hours - Saturday June 19th and Sunday June 20th — 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
2021 — On the edge of the Nebraska Sandhill’s in the Loup River Valley. The 2021 HPRR is located at the Red, White and Blue Range near Cairo, NE.
We invite everyone to attend the 2021 HPRR and enjoy the beauty of the Cairo / Grand Island area along with the many activities of Rendezvous including shoots, seminars, camp activities and archery / hawk / knife competition.
The HPRR Site is set in the beautiful Loup River Valley. Expect warm days but be prepared for any and all kinds of variations in the weather.

THE BOOSHWAY HAS PLANNED A WORK WEEKEND TO PREPARE, MAY 22 AND 23. BRING CHAIN SAWS SPLITTERS AND WEED EATERS TO PREPARE THE SITE. POP LUCK DINNER SATURDAY EVENING. PLAN ON CAMPING FOR THE WEEKEND!
THEY ARE ALSO PLANNING A SECOND WORK WEEKEND FOR JUNE 5TH AND 6TH, CUTTING WOOD, SETTING OUT POSTS, ETC. STOP ON OUT AND CAMP!

RULES OF THE RENDEZVOUS
The High Plains Regional Rendezvous is a pre-1840 Rendezvous. All camps, accoutrements, clothing and trade goods are required to be representative of those prior to the 1840 Fur Trade Era.
LOADING AND UNLOADING AFTER 8:00 A.M. JUNE 21 UNTIL AFTER CLOSING CEREMONIES JUNE 26 IS LIMITED TO 90 MINUTES.
Rendezvous participants must wear primitive clothing to enter, occupy and leave camp from Opening Ceremonies to after Closing Ceremonies. This includes proper footwear for participants of all ages.
Trade Tokens will be awarded for Rendezvous events. All 2021 HPRR tokens must be redeemed at the 2021 Rendezvous
DIRECTIONS TO 2021 HPRR
Go north off of I-80 at exit # 300, Hwy 11 to Cairo. Go West on Hwy 2 for 4 miles. Go North at Bluff Center Road for 3 miles to Loup River Road. Go west 3⁄4 mile to the HPRR 2021 site.
